All orders are sent from our Melbourne warehouse.
Within Australia
- Orders under $100 have a flat $15 shipping rate.
- We offer FREE Shipping for all orders over $100.
- Orders are sent via Australia Post or a courier service, typically arriving within a few days.
- Parcels will be left at your address if deemed a safe place by the delivery driver. If you need a signature upon delivery please get in touch with us.
New Zealand
- Orders under $150 have a flat $25 shipping rate.
- We offer FREE Shipping for all orders over $150.
- Orders are sent via a courier service, typically arriving within 5-7 days.
- All parcels require a signature upon delivery.
- All orders to NZ are delivered Duties and Taxes paid.
International
We do not ship to other countries at this stage. Please contact us if you wish to place an order.
ORDER PROCESSING
- Our warehouse team aim to ship orders with 1-2 business days.
- During promotional periods, your order may take 3-5 days to be dispatched.
- Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information included. The tracking number may need a few hours to begin showing transit status. If your order has been dispatched but you are unable to find your tracking details please contact our team at contact@flextailaustralia.com.au.
MAKING CHANGES / CANCELLING MY ORDER
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@flextailaustralia.com.au. While we'll do our best to help, our automated warehouse process might pose some limitations.
Please understand that we can't add items to an existing order or merge multiple orders into one shipment.
